Fishing. Easy skill but slow skill
unless you power level which is only advisable if you don't need the money. If you stick to the method in
this guide you will level at a satisfactory rate and produce a great deal of
potential cooking experience. The levelling system is as follows:
1-5 Shrimp
5-10 Sardine
10-20 Sardine/Herring
20-30 Trout
30-40 Trout/Salmon
40-99 Lobsters
1-20 Shrimp, Sardine and Herring at
Draynor
Before starting off you should first go to the fishing shop in Port
Sarim (West of Draynor). Take some money with you and buy a small net,
fishing rod, fly fishing rod, 200 bait and 650 feathers. Return to Draynor.
You now have everything you need for
level 40 fishing so lets get cracking!

20-40 Trout and Salmon at Shilo Village
At level 20 you should get into Shilo Village at the earliest possible
opportunity. To do so you will need to have completed the Shilo Village
quest. Use the fly fishing rod and feathers you bought earlier to reach
level 40.
