Walkthrough:

1. Talk to Larry in the south west corner of Ardougne Zoo and agree to help him.

Then with all the items he asks for in your inventory, talk to him again and he'll take you to the iceberg.

2. Talk to Larry then use the oak planks with the firm snow patch then use a spade with the bird hide structure.

Click on the bird hide to get in and a cut scene follows. Talk to Larry again and you use the hide again. Talk to him once again and say "it did seem rather suspicious".

3. When Larry has finished talking, right click and "travel". He will then take you by boat to the jetty east of Rellekka. Talk to him again to discuss an infiltration of the penguin base. Larry gives you a clockwork book - Read this.

4. Go to a player owned house and use the crafting table in the workshop to first make a clockwork and then choose to make a clockwork toy and then choose clockwork penguin to make the penguin suit.

5. Head to Ardougne zoo and talk to Larry. Tell him you have the suit and "travel" with him to the iceberg once more. Talk to him and "travel" back to Ardougne zoo to test the penguin suit out.

6. Remove any equipment you have equipped to your character then right click Larry and select "tuxedo-time". Go through the door into the penguin cage. "talk" to the only penguin you can and he'll tell you to do the correct greeting.

7. You must successfully do 3 penguin emotes in a row. As this is different from player to player, its just a matter of trial and error before you get it right (make a not of it as you will need it later). When you get it right he gives you a mission report. Read this, exit the cage and return to your normal self using Larry's "tuxedo time".

8. Talk to Larry and then to to Lumbridge. Head north to the sheep field. Use Larry to turn into a penguin again and talk to the one sheep that has 2 penguins underneath it. Do the same sequence of penguin emotes you learnt at the zoo.

9. Use Larry to turn back into a player. Go back to Ardougne Zoo. Turn back into a penguin and talk to the penguin in the cage. Give him a raw cod and he gives you the phrase you need which is "do not trust the walrus".

10. Turn back into a player and return to the penguins in Lumbridge. Get back into your penguin suit by using the "tuxedo time" option on Larry again. Talk to the penguins in the sheep suit and turn back into a player using larry.

11. Talk to Fred the farmer in house house on the north west corner of the sheep field. Warn him about the penguins.

12. Turn back into a penguin and talk to the penguins in the field again and tell them that the farmer is harmless. The penguin gives you a mission report. He also tells you where the outpost is and gives you the password "cabbage".

13. Read the mission report and then talk to Larry. He'll take to to the iceberg. Turn back into a penguin and head north west. Talk to the KGP agent, do the secret greeting and tell him the password "cabbage". He asks you for some ID.

14. Talk to Noodle who is standing nearby. Use swamp tar and feathers with Noodle and he gives you an ID card and mission report. Talk to the KGP agent once more and then enter through the avalanche.

15. Inside the base enter the first door on the west side and talk to the KGP agent and he takes the 3 mission reports from you.

16. Take the door to the west and proceed through the corridor to the penguin agility course. Go once around the agility course following the green arrow signs. At the end, talk to the agility instructor and leave the area the same way you came in.

17. Exit the penguin base and talk to Larry. Turn back into a penguin and re-enter the base. Enter the room on the east side and talk to Pong.

18. Go back to Larry to get out of the penguin suit. Now use leather with a mahogany plank to make bongos, then use the home teleport to go to lumbridge. Go to the nearby cow field and steal a cow bell.

19. Meet up with Larry at the boat east of Rellekka and "travel" back to the iceberg.

Turn back into a penguin and enter the penguin hideout. Talk to Pong again. A cut scene follows and you end up outside the music room.

20. Go north and open up the gates using the control panel. Go east and enter the room. Another cut scene. you end up in a cage with level 51 ice lords. Kill one of these and then exit through the door on the west side of the cage. Then go round to the east side of the ice lord room and exit through chasm. Now speak to Larry again and its quest complete!
