Walkthrough:

1. Go to Sophanem and talk to the high priest in the curch and he gives you a quest and you watch a cut scene. Continue talking and when given a list of options ask about entering from UNDER the city.

2. Head to the most north east building in Sophanem and talk to Jex. After that, light your light source and go down the ladder into the ruined bank. Next go down the trapdoor, you get a warning from the guard but proceed anyway.

3. Follow the Map below to get through the maze to the correct ladder. Here is what to do about each obstacle.

Spiked floor - Right click and search to cross.
Moving wall - Avoid the blocks, you can move diagonally to do this.
Odd markings - Right click and search to pass.
Sand pit - Do not stand on this
Trapdoor - Do not stand on this (marked by scarabs on the wall)

If you fall through to the cave below then it is generally better to teleport out and return to Sophanem to start over rather than risk a high chance of certain death.

4. Follow the cave and search Kaleef's body. Read the parchment. Continue west and talk to Maisa. Select options "Draynor village" and then Leela.

5. Go to Al Karid palace and talk to Osman about Sophanem (best way is with an amulet of glory or ring of dualling). Say "it would drive a wedge between the Menaphite cities".

6. Prepare yourself for a fight against a level 191 monster. Take good armour, weapon, superset, range or mage pot depending on what kind of combat you decide on and some prayer pots. Also take sharks and a teleport of some kind incase things go wrong and you need to exit in a hurry. You will also need a light source and tinderbox.

7. Return to Sophanem via Polnivneach (on the magic carpet). At the entrance, talk to Osman and tell him to enter via the secret passages. A cut scene follows after which you enter Sophanem. Head east and go back down through the trapdoors into the maze.

8. Navigate your way through the maze again and head back to the place where you found Kaleef. Drink your combat stat raising pots and attack the level 191. If you're using melle then protect against melee. If you're using range or mage then use protect against mage. The other monsters that appear halfway through the battle aren't very strong so just kill the main boss and they will also be defeated.

9. After defeating the boss Osman appears and talks to you. Pick up the Keris dagger that the boss drops and return to the high priest in Sophanem. Quest complete!

Reward: Keris dagger, 7k thieving XP, 2 wishes giving 7k combat related XP each and access to local bank in north east Sophanem.

QP reward: 1

Note: The bank you unlocked in Sophanem is perfect for banking gold artefacts you collect while thieving in the pyramid.
