Walkthrough:

1. Take a pickaxe, spade, some food, druid pouches if you have them and 5 buckets from the bank in Canafis.

2. Go just south of the pub in Canafis and enter the cave through the trapdoor. Go south, "search" the wall, go south a bit further and squeeze past the stalagmite. Talk to Veliaf and ask to join his organisation. Ask about the information then about the job. Agree to do the job.

3. Exit Veliafs cave and go south along the tunnel to the exit. From here head south west and cross the bridge. Keep going south and then use the board the swampy boat which takes you to Morton. Now go east and then towards Burgh De Rott.

4. At the entrance try to open the gate and then talk to Florin. Use some food with the open chest and then go through the gate.

5. Talk to Razvan and say "are there any 'out of the way' places in here". Enter the pub and "use" your pickaxe with the rubble in the north west corner. Go down the trapdoor.

6. In the basement, mine each pile of rubble and then use a spade with the remains to put it into a bucket. Collect 15 lots (3 per bucket) and empty them on the rubble pile outside the pub.

While you clear the rubble you will also find a plaster fragment and a dusty scroll - you should read these. You also discover rocks, and broken glass which you don't need. Keep any nails you find.

7. "Search" the plaque on the north wall of the basement and then go back to Razvan near the town entrance. Say to him "I'd like to help fix up the town". Next head east to the general store and talk to Aurel telling him you'd like to help fix the town.

8. Go back to Canafis bank and take out a hammer, 24 nails and 6 planks. Alternatively you can buy planks and hammer from the general store in Mort'ton and use the nails you found while clearing the rubble. Return to the general store in Burgh De Rott.

8. Go outside the general store and use a plank with the damaged wall, next climb up the ladder and use the remaining planks on the hole in the roof.

Go back in the store and ask Aurel what to do next. He tells you to bring 3 tinderboxes, 10 bronze axes and either 10 snails or 10 mackerel to him. Go and get these and put them in the crate he gives you.

9. Before going back to Aurel put 1 hammer, 1 swamp paste, 5 planks and 20 nails into your inventory. Head back to Aurel and give him the crate full of items he asked for. Aurel then asks you to fix the bank.

10. Go the bank south of the general store and use a plank with the broken bank booth, then do the same with the damaged west wall. Talk to Cornelius. Say to him "what should I do now" and then "Do you fancy the job?". You can now use the bank here which makes things a lot easier.

11. Talk to Razvan again at the near the village entrance and ask what to do next.

12. Take a tinderbox, 2 steel bars and 1 coal out of the bank. Go east out of the bank to the furnace. Use a steel bar then coal then a tinderbox with the furnace to get it running. A cut scene follows.

13. Equip a silver sickle (b) and go north to the general shop. Talk to Gadderanks then talk to Wiskit. Next kill Gadderanks and attack the 2 vampyre's. Veliaf appears and helps you do this with a silver sickle. Talk to Gadderanks who's still lying on the floor. He dies and Aurel gives you the Gadderhammer.

14 Talk to Veliaf again and head to Canafis bank. Make sure you have your silver sickle (b) equipped and have some food in your inventory. Go to the myreque hideout in the Hallows and talk to Veliaf.

15. Next use some food on Ivan to find out what kind he likes. Then go get 10-15 of that kind and give it to him. Talk to him again and take the short route.

When you get there, enter the temple and talk to Drezel. Keep talking to him until he gives you the temple library key.

16. Use the key with the keyhole on the wall next to Drezel.

Go down the trapdoor that appears. Search the bookcases until you have 3 books. Read all 3 then go to the bank in Canafis.

17. Take from the bank 1 hammer, 1 soft clay, mithril bar, silver bar, a rope, 1 water rune, 1 cosmic rune and 1 cut sapphire then go back into the Hallows behind Canafis pub.

18. Just north of the stalagmite is a cave entrance covered with boards.

Use a hammer on these and enter the cave. Follow the tunnel and then use your soft clay on the tomb to get a rod clay mould.

19. Go to a furnace and use your silver bar on it. Select to make a silvthril rod. Once made, cast level 1 - enchant on it.

20 Go back to the temple on the salve making sure you have a rope with you. Go just west of Drezel and use the silvthril rod with the well.

21. Take the rod to Veliaf, who's in the basement of the pub in Burgh De Rott, and its quest complete!
