Walkthrough:

1. Speak to Father Aereck in Lumbridge church. He will tell you to go and visit Father Urhney in lumbridge swamp to talk to him about a rather restless ghost.

2. Go slightly north of the church then west and south west around the castle. Follow the fence west until you get to the end of it. Turn south and keep going until you reach Father Urhney's house. note: The house has moved to this new location. It used to be further east.

3. Talk to Father Urhney and he gives you an amulet of ghost speak. Go to the graveyard south of Lumbridge church and speak to the ghost by opening up his coffin. It turns out that the ghost has had his skull stolen and he cannot rest until it has been retrieved.

4. Go east towards Draynor and then south to Wizards Tower. When inside, go down the ladder to the basement. Search the alter in there to find the skull. A level 13 skeleton appears but you don't have to fight him if you don't wish to. Take the skull back to the restless ghost and its quest done.
