Walkthrough:

1. Talk to the boy in Taverly near the gate between Taverly and Falador. Offer to help.

2. Go west to the front of the house and look under a potted plant to get a key.

Enter the house and take the pink diary on the table. Read this and then climb down the ladder to the north.

3. In the basement, put on leather gloves and go through the gate.

Search the cupboard for a magnet then go back upstairs.

4. Enter the small room to the south and use some cheese with the mouse hole.

Next use the magnet with the mouse. Go through the door to the south into the garden.

5. Using the garden hedges to hide from the witch.

Follow the garden path around and "check" the fountain to get a key then use that key to enter the shed at the east end. Try and take the ball and you must fight 4 monsters levels 19, 30, 42 and 53. When defeated, pick up the ball.

6. Go back to the boy outside and give him the ball. Quest complete!
